Learn the fundamentals of how to teach Chair Yoga. We will discuss why Chair Yoga is beneficial and some basic anatomy. We will translate a Hatha Yoga class pose by pose into a chair yoga routine that you can take with you. Props for various poses will be used and you will have the ability to create your own chair yoga routine that the entire class can practice with guidance.

Trainees will receive 6 Yoga Alliance CEUs and a certificate at the end of class. Chairs will be provided. There will be a short break for a light lunch.
