Led by Wendy Ross, this class uses various postures, breathing and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth. This class creates strength, flexibility, focus and awareness through a gentle practice designed specifically for pregnancy.
No prior yoga experience needed.
Wendy has been working in maternity as a registered nurse since 2004. She is a certified yoga teacher and has received additional training in prenatal yoga. Wendy works in providing education to families in regards to postpartum and newborn care.
